Today marks a proud moment for Magia Lubczyku and Culinary Heritage. The acclaimed restaurant located directly on the Baltic Sea shore, was officially awarded the Culinary Heritage trademark sign following its earlier assessment performed by Certification Inspector Mateusz Sieradzki.

This recognition reaffirms Magia Lubczyku’s long-standing commitment to local sourcing, regional identity, and creative culinary expression, values deeply embedded in the restaurant’s DNA since its early days in the previous Culinary Heritage system.

A Place Where Regional Taste Meets Creative Freedom

Surrounded by the soothing atmosphere of the sea and situated within the welcoming premises of Havet Hotel, Magia Lubczyku has become a highly regarded destination for guests seeking authentic West Pomeranian cuisine treated with respect, craftsmanship, and modern finesse.

The kitchen - led by Chef Sebastian Perun - is known for its ability to balance tradition with innovation. Traditional methods, regional ingredients, and time‑honored recipes form the backbone of the menu, while new techniques and elegant presentations give every dish a contemporary edge. This philosophy is visible throughout the menu, including Chef Perun’s signature concepts such as desserts built entirely around ingredients containing honey, showcasing a thoughtful and thematic culinary approach.

A Seasonal Story of Local Produce

One of the highlights of Magia Lubczyku’s offer is its impressive and respectful treatment of game meats, presented in line with the seasons. This harmony between local wildlife, coastal influence, and regional agricultural rhythms makes the restaurant a showcase of the region’s gastronomic landscape.

Well-curated wine pairings further elevate the experience, including selections from regional producers such as Kojder Winery, whose bottles form a natural and refined complement to the kitchen’s focus on depth of flavor and locality.

Proudly Representing Culinary Heritage

Magia Lubczyku has embraced the Culinary Heritage identity wholeheartedly - the trademark is prominently and professionally presented in their menus, reflecting the restaurant’s deep engagement with the network’s values. As one of the long-standing members from the previous system, their operations, sourcing philosophy, storytelling, and seasonality already align seamlessly with the Culinary Heritage criteria.

A Warm Return Visit

The official trademark sign was handed over during a heartfelt and friendly meeting led by Global Coordinator Niclas Fjellström, who expressed genuine joy at returning to this exceptional venue. Surrounded by the restaurant team and the serene atmosphere of the Baltic coastline, the moment symbolized a continuation of shared values - authenticity, regional pride, and excellence.

Magia Lubczyku now proudly stands as one of the flagship ambassadors of West Pomerania’s culinary identity, offering visitors not just a meal, but a deeply rooted regional experience shaped by heritage and perfected through skill.
