Zander In Dill Sauce

Updated: Sep 20, 2021

Wash, rinse and cut the pike-perch (Walleye or Zander as this tasty species of fish has many names) as desired.

Prepare the fillets with salt and cook them for 10 to 15 minutes. Carefully remove the fish.

Then rinse the rice and cook in salted water. Prepare the vegetables and cook them for 15-20 min. Pour the cream into a small saucepan, then add pre-washed and finely chopped dill and pepper and salt. Put the fish on a plate and pour on the sauce, arrange the vegetables and rice. Garnish with lemon slices.
