Yoghurt Cake

1. Wash and drain berries

2. Batter butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy

3. Continue mixing add one egg

4. Add yogurt and flour, baking powder - mix until combined

5. Grease the form of margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs

6. Half shell out the dough into the mold - half the dough spread the berries, they rest on the top of the cake and the rest of the berries.

7. Cut with a cake knife along the depth 1 cm

8. Bake in preheated oven for some 50 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees (356 degrees F)

Cake is best served with homemade jam from berries from nearby forests purchased from the local market.👌


250 grams of blueberries

160 grams of butter

120 grams of sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar

3 eggs

270 grams of wheat flour

100 grams of yogurt

1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
