Leg Of Goose


Rub spices and a little oil on the goose leg and leave it for about 4 hours. The pickled legs are put on a tray and add prunes, dried apricots, sliced apple into quarters, pour broth. Bake in two phases, about 1.5 hours at a temperature of 160 degrees C and then increase the temperature to 180-190 degrees C. Bake until golden brown.
