Chicken Soup With Paprika


Boil portions of chicken and duck, then pour off the water and rinse the meat, cover again with water, add all the vegetables and spices. Simmer for about 5 hours. The finished soup is served with homemade pasta, yellow peppers, carrots and fresh parsley.


In the district of Boleslawiec lives many returnees in the countries from the former Yugoslavia and in this culture the pepper is an ingredient used in many traditional dishes.

150 g portionof chicken

150 g portion of duck

200 g leek

200 g carrot

250 g celery

100 g of a yellow peppers

1 bunch of parsley

pepper, salt
