Welcome to Ninnis Kroppkaksbodbod where we traditionally produce the famous kroppkaka by hand, with self-grown potatoes that grow on the fields around the small shop.
Kroppkaka is a traditional Swedish boiled potato dumplings. Filling of onions and pork or bacon. Potatoes, wheat flour, onion, salt and minced meat/pork are common ingredients in kroppkaka.
Local production is our guiding star. You will find us in Källa 1 km towards Hagelstad.
A kroppkaka from Ninnis should be enjoyed with the accessories you like best, cold cream, lingonberries and why not a piece of cold butter. Welcome!
