At Hällåkra Vineyard south slopes protects vines so they can thrive and mature in nature's own pace. Varieties of both the classic sorts as Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc and varieties especially suited to our climate like Rondo, Regent and Solaris develops here. When we have harvested our grapes - the wine is produced, stored in oak barrels and bottled in our own winery. With control over all the parts of the process with our efficient winemaker we create honored wines for the third year into Systembolagets exclusive product range at the three wine cellars in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. In the restaurant our chef compose and prepare menus with good care and creativity. In consultation with our guests the chef make specially prepared dinners and buffets for our vines based on seasonal vegetables, raw and processed products from local farmers and producers in the area. During summer the winery and the restaurant are open for guided winery tours, wine tasting combined with specially selected flavors.
