Backafallsbyn lying green nestled around a small lake on the island of Ven in the Öresund surging around them, is a cozy conference venue with an intimate atmosphere. We put great emphasis on using locally produced ingredients as much as possible, because we are privileged to be in a region that has some of the best producers and we can do this without compromising on quality. We have on our little island a pasta bakery that makes fresh pasta from durum wheat grown on the island. We have our own fishermen and soon our own distillery.
