Arendole manor is located in a magical triangle - between Preili, Livani and Daugavpils, on the bank of the river Dubna. Built at the end of the 19th century in an eclectic style, the manor house of the Arendole manor has survived to the present day and is being gently restored. Local products are used for cooking. The menu is supplemented by seasonal garden greens, vegetables, fresh berries and fruits grown in the manors garden, but in the off-season - their preserves and pickles.
Arendoles muiža atrodas maģiskā trijstūrī – starp Preiļiem, Līvāniem un Daugavpili, Dubnas upes krastā. 19. gadsimta beigās, eklektisma stilā celtā Arendoles muižas kungu māja līdz mūsdienām ir saglabājusies bez parbūvem un tiek saudzīgi atjaunota. Ēdienu gatavošanā parsvārā tiek izmantoti vietējie produkti. Ēdienkarti papildina sezonāli muižās dārza zaļumi, dārzeņi, svaigas ogas un augļi, bet nesezonā – to konservējumi un sālījumi.
