With over two decades of active involvement in the Culinary Heritage network, Tatjana has dedicated her career to collaborating with local entrepreneurs in the Latgale region, fostering the preservation and promotion of regional culinary traditions.
Tatjana brings extensive expertise in the development and implementation of both regional and international projects spanning food, culture, and tourism. As the leader of the NGO that owns the Culinary Heritage trademark, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the network's standards and values are upheld.
