Niclas Fjellström

Global Coordinator

Living in Sweden, he considers himself a global citizen.

He is educated in Risk Management and Security Coordination, with a specialization in International Relations and OSINT (Open Source Intelligence).

From a young age, he was brought up in the spirit of hard work, surrounded by the enticing aromas and flavors of his family's restaurants.

He has traveled extensively, with a particular focus on exploring and experiencing diverse culinary cultures around the world.

Since 2012, he has been coordinating the Culinary Heritage Network, managing daily activities and engaging in various projects related to food, culture and tourism. His work connects him with partners in over 25 countries.

He is a regular speaker at events and conferences on topics including tourism, culinary culture, economics and local food production.

His presentations have so far inspired audiences in Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and Ukraine.
