About the Event

The Swedish Institute funded project BERT (Baltic Sea Food Flagship - Enhanced Rural Tourism Through Farm To Fork) in collaboration with Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Ministry of Economics, Employment and Health invites participants to take part in a dynamic international one day conference in Gdansk on 1st December 2021.

Yes - You saw right we are going to have it LIVE so we finally can interact and develop great things together again for the post-pandemic future!

The conference format is made so that You as a participant is the key element for success. The topic of the day is well described by ”Enhanced Rural Tourism Through Farm To Fork - Prosperous Ideas & Different Perspectives On Resilience & Sustainable Development”.

We start the day with our inspirational international speakers and with info from project funding resources like InterReg Baltic Sea Region secretariat among others.

After lunch and mingling we will start the actual workshops where You as a participant will be very active.

Before we round off the day with dinner we will gather ourselves in a big group again for dissemination of the collected material in the way of discussions and ideas.

What we want from You?

We want Your knowledge, skills and ideas if you’re involved and working in one the following sectors;

- Rural Tourism

- Local Food Production

- Educational Institution

- Governmental Level

- Rural Development

- Innovation & Business Development

- Agriculture & Farming

What the conference will give You?

We will give You as participant a fantastic opportunity to share your knowledge, get inspired by our invited top international speakers, elaborate your ideas in dynamic groups and so much more as we can anticipate that it will be a lot of discussions and talks after many hours of Zooming...

In addition to all the exchange of best practices and knowledge we will serve You traditional Polish cuisine at a very interesting venue!

What results do we expect from the conference?

The conference will give You new potential partners for Your topic and thematic areas.

Give possibility to meet already existing partners in a dynamic environment.

The organisers will get input for future project implementations.
