Tatjana Kozačuka is the Chair of the Board for the Society Latgale Culinary Heritage Center, the License Holder for Kulinarais Mantojums Latgale, the local Culinary Heritage network in Latvia. With over 20 years of experience in the Culinary Heritage network, Tatjana has been a dedicated advocate for preserving and promoting Latgale’s unique culinary traditions.

She has collaborated closely with local entrepreneurs across the region, helping them strengthen their connection to Latgale’s food culture and traditions.

Tatjana brings extensive knowledge in implementing regional and international projects within food, culture, and tourism, contributing significantly to the network’s growth and influence.

As Chair of the NGO that owns the Culinary Heritage trademark, she leads the board in its mission to uphold and expand the network’s standards and reach.
