Adem Murat Yücel: serving as the Mayor of Alanya since 2014, he considers fairly important the subjects such as bringing in value added products for Alanya using the gastronomy of the city and carrying out the projects which supports the agriculture, and he attaches a considerable importance to the Culinary Heritage network.

The Municipality of Alanya is the licence holder authority in Alanya, which is the first city ever in Turkey to have become a member of the Culinary Heritage network.
