Baltic Herring In Vegetable Garden


Prepare a 10% brine with sea salt and water. Put the cut and rinsed herring in it for a minimum of 3 hours. After the herring has soaked in the brine for this time - pour the cold pressed linseed oil and leave it for a rest for the night. Wash and cut vegetables, beans / asparagus and blanched cauliflower. Decorate a plate with all mentioned ingredients and sprinkle it with linseed oil.
