We are a small scale meat processing firm which produces tasty and traditional food. Our firm operates with two workers who produce the products by themselves using old traditional methods. Thanks to skills and recipes gained from our father (a butcher with 30 years experience in Karłowice village) our products have unique taste and smell. We produce pate, headcheese, kaszanka (Polish black pudding), tenderloin and other traditional meat products.
