The company was founded in 1998. Working for many years in Germany , we decided to use gained experience and start our business in Poland. We are a backery with a big range. Our Kołocz Śląski (Silesian cake) has a nearly 40 - year tradition and proprietary recipe. Kołocz is baked on the typical rectangular sheets of dimensions 40 cm x 60 cm. The characteristic feature of this product is topping distinct from similar pastries. Silesian cake has a special buttery flavor. The basic types of kołocz is: dry cupcakes with poppy seeds, cheese and apple. In the summer season we back kołocz with plum and berry.
