The Poniewierski ice Cream Parlour is a company led by a family with long confectionery traditions dating back to the interwar period. The production was founded in 1947. Continuing the family tradition, the ice cream is produced here using traditional methods handed down from father to son and only from natural and locally produced ingredients such as milk powder, egg and fruit. The recipe has remained unchanged for decades, and does not permit any artificial colors and preservatives.
