Our company was established in 1993. From the beginning till the present days it is a family company. This makes very easy to focus all attention on maintaining high standards of quality of our product: sour rye soup starter. Its sale is based on cooperation with the same food wholesalers for the last 20 years. At the beginning, the production took place at rented places, according to the needs of our production. Nowadays, we produce our products in a building that meets all the standards required for this type of production. During the first years, the soup was spilled into plastic bags, now into plastic bottles. Recently, we started to produce a new product: white borsch .
