We are mother and daughter. Two women in one place – Stary Dom Zdrojowy – restaurant and café in the hundred years old villa with curved wooden ornamentation located in Wysowa Zdroj – small mountain spa village. Our hospitality comes from our family tradition. With our crew, since 2007, we take care of our guests and make Stary Dom Zdrojowy a special place, known not only in Wysowa Zdroj but in the whole Low Beskids area. Everything in our cuisine has an inspiration in tradition of Galicya. We cook in harmony with seasons. Everything is being prepared by us. We pickle cabbage, borscht, saffron milk cups and even lemons. We make pasta, prepare preserves, smoke sausages, dry mushrooms. We bake bread, cakes and cookies, all using local products. Therefore, we are proud seeing guests who come back not only to taste our delicacies but to spend time with us again, to talk, to rest, to feel the special atmosphere of this place.
