This true culinary gem was created by two “gourmet guys”, Rasmus Kofoed and Nicolai Nørregaard, who returned to their native island a few years ago. Since then, they have enticed patrons including Denmark’s Queen Margrethe, a variety of Guide Michelin-lauded chefs and Copenhagen food critics – and many others besides – with their candour and affection, ambition and humility, purity and freshness, Nordic and French-ness, forest floor and vegetable garden, sky and sea.
