Recipes for the products produced at the plantare a part of the owner's family tradition. . Production takes place iwithin the marginal and locally limited enterprise, in small quantities using traditional smoking wood like alder, oak and beech.The meat is purchased from a local slaughterhouse. Particularly commendable products are: smoked sausage, liverwurst, jar of sausage and lard with onions.
