We are a craft bakery from Gdańsk Oliwa, dealing in baking sourdough bread from wholemeal rye flour type 2000 and also gluten-free bread. We deliver our products to specially selected sellers in the Tri-City and to local products fairs. What is craft bread? We try to get back to the basics, that is, that the bread consists only of flour, water and salt, but we also want our pastries to be a small culinary adventure. We like it when the taste takes you into different corners of the imagination and improves mood.
