The hotel is located in the heart of the Pałuki region, which is famous for its picturesque landscapes, numerous lakes and historical monuments. The hotel restaurant has served the traditional Polish cuisine dishes for years, including dishes made of “the pork of the Puławy region” originating from ecologically bred pigs. The pork dishes include, among others, roasted pork neck stuffed with garlic and bacon, traditional pork cutlet with bone, pork steak with caramelized onion, pork ribs served with fried cabbage and pork fillet marinated with fresh herbs.
