The name of the offered product is a Pomeranian traditional beer under various brand names including the brand name "Beer Starogdańskie". Pomeranian Beer is a beverage that is brewed in accordance with the formulas used in Pomeranian breweries about 50 and 30 years ago. For the production of beer is used aromatic hops cone and bittering hops granulated. Also used is the same as before about 140 years ago, the method decoction mashing malt, which allows you to get a fuller flavor. To this day, beer Pomeranian is produced under the watchful eye of Mr Lucian Iwanowicz, former Chief Brewer from former brewery in Gdansk-Wrzeszcz. Beer Pomeranian was inscribed on the List of Traditional Products.
