The Bakery Communal Cooperative Samopomoc Chłopska has existed since June 1945. Bakery production is carried out using the traditional method (multiphase fermentation). Mixed wheat and rye bread, multigrain bread, wholemeal bread, traditional rye bread without yeast, traditional Polish rye bread with pumpkin seeds, small bread - rolls, bans, croissants and many others not mentioned. Spelled rye bread with caraway, which is also produced here, received the Pearl 2018 award and was included in the List of Traditional Products maintained by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development. The Bakery is a winner of many other valuable awards for bakery products. The company actively participates in competitions and international fairs. The products are baked in a traditional ceramic oven made of chamotte bricks. Flour for baking bread and rolls is hundred percent regional product and comes from the other Culinary Heritage Network Member namely 'Młynomag' Mill in Grodzki Młyn near Reszel. Warmia and Mazury. It is not chemically standardized. The Bakery's assortment includes about 30 products.
