The bakery was founded by E. Stasiński, grandfather of the present owners, a prominent bakery craftsman. Bakery owners continue the tradition and bake bread on sourdough, according to old recipes and without the use of preservatives or other artificial additives. They thus offer wheat bread, wheat and rye, whole wheat, multi-grain bread and graham, all kinds of rolls and sweet buns and pastries, such as croissants, brioches, sweet buns with various filling (poppy seeds, cheese, jam, blueberry, custard), which are free from any fillers and improvers.
