Karbówko Settlement is located near Golub-Dobrzyń, in the charming Drwęca river valley. The settlement includes houses with thatched roofs, a firehouse with a beauty spot on its tower, conference and ball rooms and the “Karczma Myśliwska” (The Hunting Inn). There are many attractions for the guests: rodeo, horse riding, ATV, jeep or carriage rides, canoeing, bike tours and tennis courts. The settlement also has such attractions as a spa, a salt cavern and for children a mini ZOO, trampolines and playgrounds. “Karczma Myśliwska” serves dishes prepared according to traditional Polish recipes keeping to the tradition of noble Polish cuisine. The guests may taste game, a wide range of fresh fish and fruits of the forest. We recommend: boletus soup on leavening, duck blood soup with noodles, boar kebab, “delicacy of the huntsman” – excellent hash brown with game goulash and coulibiac. The Chef emphasises that the products used for preparation of the dishes served in the Inn are only natural products from the local ecological farms.
