The Plant is a small, family enterprise manufacturing smoked meats and bacons with the use of traditional methods. Carefully selected pork meat for production originates from small, local abattoir. The products manufactured in the Plant do not contain colorants, taste enhancers, artificial aromas, proteins or substances improving water binding. Natural preservative of the products is salt and curing salt, used in the long process of meat curing. Despite the fact that the Plant has been operating only since July 2010, it has already been granted awards in the National Pâté Makers and Goose Dishes Festival: 3rd place for wild boar pâté with boletus and cranberries, 2nd place for rabbit pâté with chanterelles.
