‘Mlyn w Rynku’, (Mill in Rynek) engages in the production of wheat and rye flour as well as spelt flour. All these sorts of flour are made from carefully selected grains, grown in the protected area of Wel Landscape Park, Dylewo Hills Landscape Park and Ilawa Lake District Landscape Park. Products from the mill are sold and distributed to individual clients and bakeries which produce bread using traditional methods and natural sourdough. All flours are 100% natural with no additives or preservatives. Mill in Rynek has a rich tradition dating back to 1230 A.D.; it has been operating continuously since then, the only interruption in production were in times of reconstruction/expansion of the mill. Flour from the mill goes to the best bakeries in the region, which produce healthy and nutritious pastries, breads and cakes.
