The restaurant is located on a river barge Flisak, moored in Malbork, at Nogat river vis a vis the Castle Museum. The restaurant has been operating since 2007, the experience of owners in the hospitality dates back to 1994. The restaurant has room for 120 people, a regional double-deck design detail referring to the ancient craft ferry boat, plus a summer garden on its own waterfront. Kitchen restaurant is mainly based on raw materials from local producers, vegetables are purchased directly from local farms, including fish, cheese, honey and meat. The restaurant is based on traditional Polish cuisine. It specializes in fish dishes. Extensive experience in outdoor events, owners have very extensive facilities for the organization of feasts, grilling smokehouses, bread ovens and the great historical pots for live cooking during outdoor events.
