Karolinka Hotel, a complex of hotel and restaurant is located in a picturesque little town Gogolin. The building, with red roof and old Prussian walls refers to the history of Opolskie Voivodeship. A convenient localization near Opole (capital city of the voivodeship) and by the mass transit route – the A4 motorway, is one of our assets. Our restaurant suggests typical dishes of traditional food with the purpose to give to our clients the tastes, the colours and the fragrances of the Opolskie Voivodeship. In our menu you can find unique and flavorful dishes from most European countries. To highlight regional identity we have prepared a special menu with Silesian Cuisine. Each dish has a short description of its history for example rosół z makaronem ( broth with noodles), rolady wołowe z ciemnym sosem (beaf roll stuffed with bacon, pickled cucumber and mustard), kluski czarne mieszane (round shaped dumplings made from boiled, grated and mashed potatoes) sałatka z modrej kapusty (cooked red cabbage).
