The restaurant is based on over 40 years of tradition. Its very first guests were hosted on August 1, 1973, thus opening (unknowingly) one of the most important places on the culinary map of Poznan. They put special attention, with a special commitment to each dish. The highest quality of products, as well as the knowledge and experience of our chefs, shall guarantee a unique taste and the opportunity to get familiar with the traditional Greater Poland cuisine. It would take a long time to look for another equally tasty duck, czernina or cutlets de volaille.
