Gute Fish Society was formed in 2015 The association's purpose is to market the fish catches in natural and processed state. The association's first objective is to build an approved production facility in Herrvik for packaging and freezing of fish, mainly fresh frozen flounder etc. The buildings are in place summer 2016. Cooperation takes place with processors and in marketing and sales with both restaurants and supermarkets. In 2018 you can meet us at Gotland Harvest Festival September 1 to 2 at the Green Centre, Roma on our "Fish Market" where we sell fresh and processed fish and fish burgers, fried sprats and other interesting dishes.
