Grafmans Goda

Just outside Järrestad, in the municipality of Simrishamn, is Grafmans Goda. We produce quality charcuterie of local meat. The production is small-scale and artisanal. We are constantly working to develop new tastes, while we hold firmly to the tradition of the classic cured meats. Here you can buy fresh sausages, smoked sausages, salami, several kinds of ham and other smoked products. The range vary from day to day depending on the season, demand and desire. All our cured meats are made of meat from local farms. And they contain a lot of meat! We use only natural spices and smoke with apple and beech.
