FAN-AGRI company is a producer of homemade fried cheese since 1997 . We offer a wide variety of homemade fried cheese with caraway, garlic and without any spices. Our products are produced from skimmed or partly-skimmed curd cheese (made from cow’s milk). No preservatives are used for its production. Eggs, butter, and various spices, such as, onion, caraway seed and garlic are added to the production depending on its intended use. It is yellow in color and has soft, slightly, sticky consistency. Our product (fried chees with caraway) has been awarded with"PEARL 2010" in the competition "Our Culinary Heritage- Tastes of Regions".
