We are the producent of Cypriot cheeses, in Poland since 2012. All our cheeses are produced in Poland and made in 100% out of cow milk. We introduced to the menu many miscellaneous types of cheeses. At this point we can offer you 9 different kinds, starting with cottage cheese, pasteurized cheese, and finishing of with few kinds of ripening cheeses. We are a one-person company, which means that all our cheeses are made by one person, and that person is a aboriginal Cypriote – Yusuf Suleyman.
