With more than 600 ewes and an annual production of 400–600 lambs, Hammershuslam is responsible for a large share of the conservation efforts aimed at preserving Bornholm’s unique countryside. The Bornholm Farmshop is our retail outlet for Hammershuslam lamb and lambskins. The shop’s product range includes beef from Naturkvæg Bornholm and goat meat from Bornholmsk Goat. The latest product to be added to the assortment is pork from Vasagaard Farm.
