Liver pâté, salami, grilling sausages, and salads – ham salad, herring salad, chicken salad, shrimp salad and egg salad – are sold through retail outlets. Most of our products are old favourites on Bornholm, and others were developed jointly with our customers. We strive to use local Bornholm ingredients wherever possible.
