Meat Processing Plant was built in 2013 at the farm specialized in breeding pigs. For meat production they use exclusively products from their farm. They add only natural spices. They manufacture meats such as brawn, pate, black pudding and smoked: ham, bacon and sausage. Smoking is done in accordance with the ancient tradition – in the smoke of alder wood – beech, without scalding.
