Trade and Fruit and Vegetable Processing Plant "Ścinawa" is a company with more than 50 - year-old tradition. History of the company dates back to 1958, when they started to produce pickles and pickled vegetables. In 2001 "Ścinawa" the first in Europe began the cultivation and production of adaptive patisson yellow. The quality of the product and its good promotion that resulted in Ścinawa is currently the market leader in the production of patisson yellow in Poland. In addition company produces pickles which has been placed on the List of Traditional Products. The plant for its production uses only Polish raw material from local farmers, the production does not use preservatives or dyes.
