OCTIM Wytwórnia Octu i Musztardy (OCTIM Vinegars and Mustards) is a Polish producer of vinegars, mustards and ketchups. The company has its registered office in Olsztynek – a lovely town located in the Warmia-Mazury region among crystal-clear lakes and lavishly green meadows where since 1965 we have produced vinegars and mustards making the most of what the nature has to offer. The main inspiration for the creation of new taste compositions are traditional recipes and local products. During the production process we use only the best harvests, complying with specific quality requirements of the company. OCTIM Apple Vinegar owes its unique properties to Polish apples and the selected mustard seeds constitute the basis for the production of each mustard. We avoid preservatives and instead use high-quality dried fruit and fresh herbs. The company’s offer comprises over 40 products – natural flavored vinegars, among others, apple, wine, cider, ecological and distilled, best-quality mustards with traditional and novel flavors, aromatic balsamic glazes and ketchups.
