Thanks to the longest growing season in the country, and an excellent location in the Odra valley, Adoria Vineyards is consistently capable of producing high quality Pinot Noir, Riesling and Chardonnay wines from our vineyards in Southwest Poland. Concerning production techniques, experience has taught us that wine making is begun in the vineyard. Traditional processes are employed where they work best and when modern techniques benefit the winegrowing process they are used. When you come to Adoria you will notice this approach throughout the winery. The 16th century technology of using oak barrels for aging wines coexists comfortably beside a computer programmable pneumatic wine press. Our grapes are handpicked and the wines are produced at our new on site winery. As for the finished product our wines, have come a long way in a short time. Adoria wines now can be found in the major five star hotels in Warsaw as well as the top Michelin recommended restaurants in the country. Please stop by for a visit. Mike Whitney
