Staropolska Garmazerka deals in production of smoked and cold meats without preservatives. Their recipes come from 1950-70's. Raw material for the manufacture of meats is obtained from a local slaughterhouse. Product range offered by the company includes country-style sausage and roasted meat. In 2011, country sausage from Nowa Wieś was awarded at the contest "Our Culinary Heritage".
