Stylized on the 19th century building of the open-air museum, it is a place where craft workshops for baking bread and pottery workshops take place. The open-air museum also has a restaurant section, the menu is based on traditional Polish cuisine and offers, among others: sour rye bread (baked on the spot), pork knuckle, dumplings, black pudding and many other dishes.
