The raw material is obtained from local water reservoirs of the Drawskie Lake District: Żerdno Lake, Drawsko Lake and lakes that are leased to the Fisheries Farm in Czaplinek i Przedsiębiorstwo Rybackiego Sp. z o. o. in Złocieniec. The obtained freshwater fish, such as whitefish, whitefish, roach, perch, crucian carp, bream and tench, are produced based on the fish's family recipe in vinegar and tomato sauce.
