Pracownia Smaków

Pracownia Smaków is on the market since 2018 and we offer fantastic food using local products. We have about one hectare of crops, which is why we can use fresh products knowing their origin. The rest of raw materials, we get from reliable suppliers. From food truck, we serve delicious and fresh, hand-made burgers. We are developing all the time, so we can provide various type of foods for you. We also organize gastronomic shows on food topics. Among the specialties in the culinary heritage you can try : Silesian roulade, biernuska (sweet soup), pumpkin cream with porcini mushrooms toasts. To deepen our knowledge about local cuisines, we meet with older people to recreate forgotten dishes.
