In the small workshop the dairy ice cream, fruit and vegetables sorbets, and baked homemade cakes are manufactured. Ice cream and sorbets are made of basic components: fresh milk, cream, chicken eggs, season fruits and fresh herbs. Particular attention is paid to the quality and regional origin of raw materials as they are mainly determining the taste of ice creams and cakes. The products are based at own recipes, which gives great opportunities for the new tastes and being passionate with the work.
