The bakery was established in 1964 by Stanisław and Barbara Sięda. Currently the bakery is run by sons of the founders of the company - Christopher and Thomas. The bread is baked in a traditional way using rye sour, without chemical additives. The bread oven plays an important part, since it gives the baking its unique flavour and aroma. The bakery offers several kinds of bread, buns and delicious yeast cakes.
