The Stosiek Backery was established in 1927 and now it is run by the third generation of backers. We use only traditional methods in the production. Bread is made in a traditional way without any improvers. All the recipes are a part of our family tradition. We bake different kinds of bread and cakes, as well as traditional kołocz śląski (Silesian cake) Most of raw materials used in the production comes from local producers.
